Shipping Origins

Orders are shipped from our international suppliers or warehouses, including:

• China: HENAN YANGZHIHAN TRADING Co., LTD, Zhengzhou, Henan Province
• United States: Fulfilment centre in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on origin and destination:

• Free: Estimated delivery in 14–20 working days
  
• Express: Estimated delivery in 7–12 working days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather, strikes, or carrier delays.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 working days before dispatch.

Tracking

A tracking number will be issued at dispatch. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear in the courier system.

External factors such as customs, weather, and local carrier delays may impact delivery times. These are beyond our control.

Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Varello Club ensures that products are packaged securely.

• If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact support@varelloclub.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for packages stolen or misplaced at the delivery address, but your statutory rights remain intact under UK law.

Import Duties, VAT & Customs Charges

• Varello Club covers all import duties, VAT, and customs charges for products shipped to the UK.
• You will not incur any additional fees beyond the price shown at checkout.
• If any charges are applied by mistake or for verification purposes, please contact support@varelloclub.com with proof, and we will reimburse them promptly.

Multiple Items / Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
