Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason.

Cancellation & Returns (Change of Mind)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel or return an item.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at support@varelloclub.com, clearly stating your order number.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition

With original packaging and tags

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns are still eligible for return under UK consumer law, unless they fall within a legal exception.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Process

Please contact us by email before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Abuse of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show clear signs of misuse, wear, or abuse of the returns policy, in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
